Information you share
If you send an enquiry through this website, KhyatiGems receives the details you choose to provide so the team can respond. Please avoid including sensitive personal or financial information in a general enquiry.
Your enquiries
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, subject and message are stored in the website database and made available to authorized KhyatiGems staff for handling your enquiry. The form requires consent. An acknowledgement email may be sent through the ERP email service. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.
The knowledge assistant
Questions are processed to retrieve approved article answers. The application does not store identifiable chat transcripts or send your question to an external model provider. A hashed network identifier is temporarily used to limit abuse. Hosting providers may maintain operational request logs under their service policies.
Optional anonymous usage counts
With your permission for this browser tab, the website counts page views, verified marketplace clicks and saved-enquiry actions. Counts are grouped by day, action and public page path. They do not contain your name, email, messages, search terms or a persistent visitor ID. You can turn counting off in the footer. A temporary hashed network key limits abuse; hosting logs may be handled separately by the hosting provider.
Hosting and media
The website uses Vercel hosting, a dedicated Turso content database and Cloudinary media delivery. Loading media makes a request to its hosting provider. External marketplace links take you to another service with its own terms.
An information and enquiry website
This website shares company details and general gemstone information. It does not publish live product inventory, accept orders, take payments or provide online checkout. External websites have their own content and privacy policies.
General educational material
Educational content is general information. A photograph alone cannot establish a specific gemstone’s origin or treatment. Traditional associations are beliefs, not promises of health or financial outcomes. Purchases are made through external channels; their listing terms apply.
